I’m James Riley, I have been a PT for around 10 years and have been at The Works for 5 years. I have a varied sporting past, playing rugby for Sandal 1st XV, competing at karate and kickboxing and more recently participating in obstacle races such as Tough Mudder.
MI specialise in sports specific training, injury rehabilitation, weight loss & increasing core strength. My experience in these areas allows me to create sessions to fit a clients needs, and help to attain their goals.
